Bulma CSS by @jgthms is just perfect. Simple, easily customizable and doesn't impose Javascript implementations.

After trying a few different web UI frameworks, I'm going with @jgthms's bulma.io for all new projects. I love that nearly everything is only a CSS class. buefy.github.io uses Vue components to clean up a few rough edges. #lovingWebDevAgain
